Walk with Me Significance

Wednesday 21st Sep

Hi Friends,

For those that know me, know that Mental Health is something I have struggled with and have been very open about.

Mental Health week is coming up from the 8th - 15th October and I have teamed up with Youth Focus and their Walk With Me initiative. This initiative raises awareness for suicide, being the leading cause of death for under 25 year olds and highlighting the 58 young West Australians who died by suicide in 2020.

For the week I will be walking 45km and hoping to raise $1000 where all proceeds will go to Youth Focus and their life changing mission to create opportunities for young people experiencing mental health challenges through delivery and free and accessible counselling services. Any dollar counts or even come along for a walk during this week 🤍🤍
